This in person workshop, taking place on 21 May, will provide you with all the crucial elements for successful fundraising by exploring how to use digital tools to design stronger projects, manage delivery more efficiently and demonstrate impact more clearly.
Accidental Project Manager workshop
If project management isn’t your job title but is your reality, this workshop is for you.
This in person workshop which takes place on 9 June will help you to develop your confidence and learn simple and effective ways to keep projects on track, manage stakeholders and deliver impact.
Building a strong volunteer ecosystem
Ahead of Volunteers week in June 2026 we have partnered with North Herts & Stevenage CVS and GoVolHerts to support you to attract and retain more volunteers.
This practical, interactive 2.5‑hour in‑person workshop, which will take place on 25 June, is designed to help VCFSE organisations in Broxbourne and East Herts strengthen the way they recruit, manage, and communicate with volunteers.

Community Alliance are excited to announce that we have teamed up with the School for Social Entrepreneurs (SSE) to bring our valued members fully funded sector specific training
