Service offer

If you are looking to set up a new community organisation or services to benefit your local area – we are here to help you! We can also support existing community organisations looking to diversify or scale up.

Through our Community Builder, you can access up to free 6h 1-to-1 support to help you set up a project or an organisation to help you grow and scale your existing community organisation or community business/social enterprise. *

Our community builder will help you explore areas such as:

• Mission Model Canvas
• Action Planning
• Theory of Change
• Sustainable Income Spectrum
• Budgeting/project costing
• Governance
• Volunteering
• Organisational and environmental sustainability
• Digital tools and processes guidance
• Legal Structures overview*

We will offer you the space and time to think your ideas through. You can call on our combined experience in supporting community organisations, like a trusted friend or an impartial sounding board.

We will listen to you in person, over the telephone or remotely.

But we can’t always be the experts. So, if you have specific questions or require more in-depth information, we will put you in touch with our competent partners.

In addition, we will also aim to grow a network for you to tap into for mutual support with future networking and training opportunities. We will also provide free information through e-bulletins and online resources.

Our aim is to empower you to build your understanding and your capacity so that you will make informed choices leading to the success of your undertaking.

Ultimately, we want to support you in finding sustainable solutions to problems in the local areas of East Hertfordshire and Broxbourne.
