Hertfordshire County Council has a potential opportunity for a voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) sector organisation to take on the lease of some space on Star Street in Ware. The Council is working on a project to build a new set of flats for adults with a disability, which includes space on the ground floor with planning usage for commercial/office-based activities.

The attached PDFs show indicative proposals for the layout of the space and rent is likely to be in the region of £30,000-40,000 per annum (approximately £10 per square foot). Indicative timescales are for the build to be completed in 2026. At this stage, we are looking to have exploratory discussions with organisations who may be interested.
