We would like to end this week by saying a heartfelt farewell to our inspiring Community Alliance Chief Officer, Ian Richardson, who has successfully led our charity for a remarkable 25 years.
Under Ian’s leadership, Community Alliance has experienced tremendous growth and success. Now, as he steps down from his role, he embarks on a new journey into planned semi-retirement, while continuing to support us in an advisory capacity for the Big Local Programme.
Following Friday’s conference, we honoured and celebrated Ian’s legacy and his outstanding service with a touching tribute via a toast and speeches, followed by a Retirement After Party.
We are deeply grateful for the huge extensive work that Ian has done for the organisation, tireless efforts and the wonderful progress we’ve achieved under his guidance.
It has been a privilege to have Ian as our lead and Community Alliance will never forget Ian’s contributions and impact on the organisation, partner charities and local communities.
We wish Ian all the best for his future endeavours and a peaceful, fulfilling retirement from all at Community Alliance.
