Healthwatch Hertfordshire’s role is to improve NHS and social care services for everyone and address inequalities across the system.
They ask people what is working well and what needs fixing in local health and social care and use this feedback to make things better.
If you use GPs and hospitals, dentists, pharmacies, care homes or other support services, they want to hear from you. They make sure NHS leaders and other decision-makers hear your voice and use your feedback to improve care. Healthwatch also helps you get the information and advice you need through its signposting service. So, if you’re not sure where to go for answers, they can point you in the right direction.
