Is a housing association and provider of affordable housing. It owns and manages 4,600 homes in Hertfordshire and Essex. It offers housing solutions to people who would otherwise be priced out of the housing market by:
- Providing rented homes for people on the council’s waiting lists.
- Helping people to live independently as they get older.
- Supporting customers when life becomes difficult, connecting them to charities or services.
- Building part-buy, part-rent homes (i.e. shared ownership) to help first-time buyers get on the ladder.
