“Community Alliance Broxbourne & East Herts will be recruiting a new Chief Officer in January 2024. The current Chief Officer, Ian Richardson, will be stepping down from the post in the summer of 2024 having successfully led the organisation for the last 25 years. Ian’s exemplary leadership over a quarter of a century has overseen the continued evolution and growth of the charity which now provides more crucial support and much needed services for local communities, community organisations and partner charities than ever before.
The Chairman of Community Alliance Broxbourne & East Herts Steve Harvey said “Ian has done so much for our charity and for local communities over so many years and it will not be easy to identify his successor. However, Community Alliance Broxbourne & East Herts is a thriving organisation with a strong appetite to continue to grow and to deliver yet more vital support for the communities we serve. On that basis, we will be working extremely hard to identify the right individual to build on previous successes and to take the organisation forward into its next stage of growth”.
