Community Car Scheme Support Worker

My role within Community Alliance is within the Community Car Scheme, which I think is a totally brilliant idea and I am very happy to be involved in. I answer the phone and try to match journeys to hospitals etc. with people who would otherwise struggle to get to their appointments, via volunteer drivers. I became involved with the team by answering a job advert but also had a BBO mentor, who helped me work out my next steps after leaving my previous role.
