We’re excited to announce the return of our popular Slow Cooking on a Budget course that will be commencing in October at the Beaumont Centre, in Cheshunt, Waltham Cross. See below for the morning session dates and times, click here to view the afternoon session.
Over the course of four exciting weeks, participants will receive a slow cooker and all the food needed to create delicious, healthy meals without breaking the bank.
Slow cooking is not only an energy-efficient way to prepare food, but it also enhances flavours while promoting healthier eating. This course will teach you how to minimise food waste and make the most out of your ingredients.
