This winter, we are showing you how you can prepare healthy meals using a slow cooker which will be provided to you as part of this free cooking course at the Skills and Learning Centre in Hertford. As the cost-of-living increases, food is also provided as part of this course and participants will be shown how to make healthy meals on a budget!
