Kokoro Kai – Stanstead Abbotts

Kokoro Kai is a confidence building family martial arts class for ages 4+ that is a gentle introduction to the basic martial art skills but with emphasis on fun, excitement and plenty of rewards along the way. Classes are led by Lorna Crump and Peter Newby current British Jujitsu Gold medalist and multiple times National and International Champion.
