On Friday 15th March 2024, from 9.30am to 3pm, Community Alliance in partnership with Isabel Hospice invites all to attend a bonus networking conference event entitled, Green Talk – creating an environmentally sustainable voluntary sector.

Key themes of the conference will cover:

• Sustainability in practice – how to start?
• Sustainable Hertfordshire
• Starting Your Low Carbon Journey – Monitor, Measure, Manage.
• Embracing the circular economy (ToC) and the Sustainable Social Impact of Charity Shops

Come along for an introduction to sustainability, insight and action. Understand what sustainability is, how to explain it to others and how it can apply to individuals in the workplace. Meet with representatives from East Herts Council, Sust. Consulting, Hertfordshire County Council, Investors in the Environment, PECT and Isabel Hospice.
