A weekly singing group run by Gabby Hanley mainly aimed at those with respiratory conditions such as COPD, cancer or other illnesses. The group is also open to all in need of some social interaction.

The sessions include:

• Easy armchair physical exercises
• Effortless breathing exercises
• A cup of tea and simple quiz
• Themed songs chosen from a wide selection of musical styles
