Initial 12-month Fixed-Term Contract
Part-time – 3 Days a week, 24 hours a week
£17,837 per annum (Full-time equivalent £27,500)
plus 4% pension contribution and healthcare support package
Broxbourne Big Local is looking for an Admin, Operations and Volunteer Coordinator to support the smooth running, safety and upkeep of the Wormley Community Centre. This key role will ensure the centre operates efficiently, providing a welcoming space for the community. The post-holder will be responsible for managing bookings, creating and developing volunteer opportunities, and supporting the overall operations of the organisation.
The successful candidate will also be expected to deputise for the Head of Community and Partnerships when necessary, taking on leadership duties and overseeing operations as needed.
